For the next 90 Days, I pledge to:
1. Stay within my weekly calorie allowance on myfitnesspal
2. Burn at least 4900 calories/week
3. Strive to improve my split time on the rowing machine
4. Provide maximum support to my fellow group members!
My goal is to lose 15 pounds within the next 90 days. I will weigh in on Tuesday mornings and report back to the group on a weekly basis.
