Food shock....

Had a delicious Rawsome Love Bites slice today... had a huge shock when checked on MFP and found it was 618 cal for a slice.....glad I now normally share with the BH when we have a coffee out. Rawsome is Palea Raw food supplier in WA and was more than a little surprised when I found the calorie content of the slice!. But now I know that someone has entered the values of their products on here I'll check on them before I make an order!. Anyone else had any food shocks from something that might have been considered healthy?
