Hello Everyone,
Its been a while since I've posted, do accept my apologies. I hope that everyone has been sticking to your commitments and getting it done. This is the year that we all have vowed to reach our weight loss fitness goals once and for all. As I watched the Biggest Looser Finale last night, I was SUPER encouraged at all the weight loss transformations. One thing that I noticed is all the contestants started with a story. A story of defeat, despair, and hopelessness that each individual had to reach before finally deciding, "That's Enough!. I am reminded of the hostess of the show making the comment that "Sometimes you must first have a breakdown, before your can have a breakthrough".
We have all been through the breakdown phase long enough. Lets all vow that 2014 is our year of Breakthrough. Each contestant had to do the exact same thing in order to be victorious in the end. It took hard work, consistency and a determination to finish strong and believe that it was possible.
This IS our Year to become the Biggest Looser- Remember: We're Worth It.
Peace and Blessings,
Randolph
