I'm leaning towards rest day today. It's been awhile and I was feeling it when I woke up today. DH has an appt mid-day, so I'm with the kids. Afterwards, if my body is feeling more rested & recovered, I might hit the gym, but probably 90% that I'll take a recovery day today.

Oh yeah, definitely rest day here. Based on some soreness, etc, I realized I need to trade an exercise or two on my schedule because it doesn't quite split correctly and my triceps (& possibly shoulders) aren't getting rest when they should. Anyway, I can also safely say that I DID work my glutes yesterday, for sure! Soreness may be no indicator of the intensity of the workout, but definitely my butt muscles would not be sore if I hadn't worked them at least a little, right?!:sad: lol (Did 3 glute isolation exercises and a couple synergistic. ouch!)

Yesterday was my rest day, and today I was feeling ready to go again. Did 15 minutes on the elliptical & an hour yoga class at the gym this morning, then this afternoon ran a new best distance - 10 miles! My previous best was 8 miles and I was aiming for 8.5, but decided to keep going. Super happy.0

Today I went to a flyball tournament with Fells. We had fun, but I wish it had been just a bit warmer.0
