I really did not want to today. But this challenge got me moving- bit of a half hearted work out and my food was not clean but scraped in within my calorie goal. Not enough for weight loss but hopefully I will do better tomorrow
The fact that you didn't "give in" is HUGE!! You should be proud of your decision!! Take each day as it comes and try to do a little better than the day before!!0 -

My food choices could have been better today......but considering the intensity of climbing 1 mile up I don't feel that bad. I met with a friend tonight and the Tall Nonfat Chai Latte put me -63 over my budget so guess who got on the elliptical at 11:00pm? LOL
