Thursday Mini-Challenge!

Here it comes:

40 squats
30 mins walk atleast
10 glasses of water
Needless to say after all the effort you should stay under your calories goal:bigsmile:

    I have done the walk and water is down as well. Now I will do the squats after the office.

    My poor legs hurt so bad! Can the jump squats I did at work count toward my 40 squats? After the 60 we did Tuesday and the 70 my Chief made us do yesterday, along with the 20 jump squats he had us do, and then another 20 squats and 5 jump squats from my boss today... well, if every week is like this, my legs are gonna look KILLER in shorts this summer :-)

    The walking is going to be a little more of a challenge, that might have to be in circles while waiting at work tonight and the water - ugh! I suck at water consumption! I'm only at 6 and the day seems almost over :-(

    The number of jump squats you have done should be fine. If you take water bottles at work it will help you to consume water better.

    Did you manage to finish the walk or not?
    I completed the challenge actually.

    Crap! I totally forgot to check this yesterday when I got home!! I got the water in and I did the walk...the squats were not done though :(. I just did them after reading this. Just because I missed it yesterday. Are we having a challenge today?
