Making my Food Diary Public

I'm making my food diary public for everyone, to mostly keep myself more accountable.

I usually have one normal meal a week, but last night I went over board :( Which tends to happen with my cheat meals. I've still been losing but I think it would help if I cut those down.

My stomach really hurts this morning, first time I've even had beer in 2 weeks. 2 beers and onion rings and a pretzel stick. Estimating 1200 calories but I'm not sure. And 2 AMAZING pieces of toast.

Anyway guys, lets keep each other accountable! Anyone else going to make their diary public or already has?
