    Mini challenge - exercise for 40 minutes - Yes!

    Bit of a toughy today - having a nice meal to celebrate getting a new job - but I just exercised a little more, and had a lighter breakfast/lunch to make room.

    Today was tough, its my controlled carb refeed day, find when I eat extra carbs the sugar cravings kick in, but resisted :-)

    Neither day was particularly wonderful nutrition wise - and last night I didn't have dinner because it was hot, I wasn't hungry and I felt like crap - oh well such is life. I will move on and aim to do better for myself.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No - Fasting today, was extremely hungry, went over by 500 calories.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes - 94 ounces of water

    For all you water haters, here is a tip - drop 4 prunes into a glass of water, stir and refill with water until the end of the day. Eat prunes, start afresh the next day.
