Option A Biggest Loser Terms:
• I will pay the $20 buy in fee
• I will weigh in each Friday by 2:30 (or last day I will be at the school for the week) or will have a $2 missed weigh-in fee
• There will be a 1st and 2nd place winner who will receive a cash prize (amounts to be determined by the number of buy in participants)
• Winners are determined by percentage lost not by the number of pounds lost (pounds lost/ starting weight x 100 = % lost)
• If I want to drop out I must notify Mrs. Lemmo and I will not receive my $20 back
