Mini Challenge

So as this week begins to wind down and we move into the weekend I am happy that so far I have been able to hold myself to my personal challenge this week of 10k steps a day. It has been a tougher challenge than I expected especially having a day that i was not able to make it to the gym, had to force myself to move to get the steps in. This being said I have spent some time through the week trying to decide on my next challenge for next week. So starting Sunday going through to next Saturday I have decided to challenge myself to 30 burpees a day. I doubt that I will be doing all 30 back to back but the point is just to reach that number each day for 7 days. This will be in addition to my gym training classes and running. Will prove interesting to see how this 1 goes. Feel free to join in for the week if you like. :)
