Water - try to drink at least 64 oz of water a day (8, 8 oz glasses). Or add 1 glass of water to your current amount
25 minutes of intentional exercise everyday. Or add 5 minutes to your current amount
3 servings of veggies every day. At least one should be a non-starchy veggie (potatoes, corn and carrots are starchy)
Fitbit/pedometer users - 5,000 steps a day or add 500 steps a day to your current amount

Water - 5 days (one day I was short by 10oz, Sunday i was short by 26)
exercise- 6 days
veggies- 3 days I got 2 3 days I got 3. Which is weird cuz I swear I've had salad a lot recently...
steps- 6 days (Sunday I was in bed til 3pm and only got like 400 steps total)0
