There are always threads on equipment we might want to buy. Here's a list of stuff I bought but no longer use:

1. Lifting gloves - chalk works so much better
2. Nylon weight belt - leather is the only way to go
3. Wrist wraps - I don't think I lift heavy enough to need them yet
4. Straps - haven't needed them but might
5. Knee wraps - replaced with Rehband sleeves
6. Slingshot bench thingy - silly impulse buy. Not useful for me.
7. Trap DL bar - not useful for me
8. Cheap oly bar - came with my plates. never use it. diameter is too small and knurls are too deep.
9. P90X - not my style

    I love my slingshot, personally.

Great tool to get more volume in while saving your shoulders.

I haven't thrown it out yet. I do need shoulder help.

A really cheap cable weight machine. Oh my, was it a serious waste of $300.

That and some stupid balance pods (or some such nonsense). But they only. Cost $10 and the cats like them :)

Lifting gloves - could never really feel my grip, besides calluses are badass lol
A kettle bell - the idea of throwing it around scares me so I'll stick with my barbell

1997 BMW 528i with bad head gaskets. (It's on the list..... Any married woman knows what "The List" is.)

Handheld Shark steamer cleaner. (Seriously... I'm a man, just give me the freaking scrub brush and soft scrub cleanser if something needs cleaned... Git-R-Done!)

4.2 cu ft freezer. (Still in plastic wrap... Why no, I didn't get my deer this hunting season... :frown: )

Pretty much use the exercise equipment that I have. (At least I will again when I get the car, freezer, etc.. out of my lifting area. Sheesh!!)

*Adds long list of supplements I brought back in my noob days*

Oh, and P90X, although it deserves some credit for getting me active.
