Derailed by injury and things, where to start over?

So at some point either yesterday or today I pulled something in my right shoulder, I am in a considerable amount of pain, so no workout til I sort this out. I also have a procedure on Monday where I won't be able to do anything strenous for 48 hrs afterwards so there is two days gone as well. I am in the beginning of week 2. Should I start over from the beginning of week 1 on Wed (If I can) or start Week 2 again?

    Me personally.. that short a time into the program, I'd rather start over. I'm sure you could just pick up where you left off and go on. But only week 2, I'd rather start it over and get the full round of it, if possible.

    Ditto...you are so early into it that I'd start over.

    I had a shoulder injury and an ab strain that happened in the fourth week....I was so close to recovery week that I pushed on. I did 3 of the 6 recovery week workouts, and am back to almost normal, my shoulder has a considerable amount of pain if I go off the NSAIDS....but with my doctors clearance I'm digging deep and pushing through!


    Had it been any earlier, I would have bowed out and started again.
