Hi,
Just started JMBR today with my husband! We are going to Hawaii soon and wanted to get our bodies a little more beach-ready
For those of you wondering about calories burned, I thought I would post my HR monitor results for those that don't have monitors, to "kind of" gauge where you might be. For reference, I am using the Polar FT7 model.
To begin with, here are some stats that might be helpful:
--Height: 5'3"
--Weight: 134
--Prior exercise in past year: none:embarassed:
--Resting HR: 70-80
Phase 1-Workout 1: HR Monitor Results
--Duration: 32:09
--Calories: 401
--Average: 148
--Maximum: 172
--Fat Burn: 04:15
--Fitness: 27:54
I know everyone's results are different, and getting your own HR monitor is the *best* way to really know, but I know a lot of MFP peeps don't have monitors and this might help you figure out a better estimate, based on your own body type and you can always take your HR manually to try and better estimate too. Anyway…good luck to all on the JMBR journey!
