I thought I would get this going before I head out for a day on the water.

I got bundled up for going out, then grabbed the hoop. My hubby probably appreciated the strip tease while he was doing dishes :0

    It was after midnight but I got in my hooping. It wasn't quite 30 minutes of straight hooping, I incorporated a lot of stretching, but the daily hoop practice is the goal.

    missed hooping Sat. but I did get some snowboarding in and then went dancing at a concert :)
