What's wrong with gluten and in what foods is it found?

    Nothing is wrong with gluten for people who don't have Celiac disease or another sensitivity to it. Gluten is found in wheat, barley, and rye.

    Thanks! Just want to make sure I don't need to avoid it! Those two Krispy Kreme donuts yesterday probably have it! lol

    My son took overall winner of his cub scout pack's pinewood derby race. It was a celebratory moment! Won't happen again! ;)
