My wife found this awesome exercise site to help with our goal to becoming more fit and healthy in our lifestyle in conjunction to our diet tracking we do on here at MFP. Since me and the wife both have back issues, I have issues with my right shoulder rotator cuff. We're currently on day 4 of the 30 day low impact beginner workout. This site is completely free, and has all levels of exercise routines from "low impact" to "omg I'm too weak to live" exercises. It feels awesome to have my body actually burning when I work out, and they're not too hard to about kill me but it does push you. (legs still feel like jelly) Also has warm up exercise videos and flexibility stretching videos for after the workouts.

I just wanted to share this with all of you as I found it very helpful and informative. So far is working for both the wife and I, hoping others here are able to find it just as helpful for them.

    Thanks for posting! It is a excellent beginner program that is worth a look for those considering an exercise program, particularly a recovering couch potato like me!
