New to South Beach

Is there anyone here who is just starting the South Beach Diet? I just started phase 2 this week and am looking for more breakfast ideas to take to work. I take breakfast, snacks, lunch, and sometimes need two snacks between lunch and the time I leave for the day. (It's a long day!)

I would love to hook up with someone here to communicate with so that we can help and support each other.
