Paleo Teas

I do apologize as I bet this topic has been discussed before, but I was wondering what teas people drink on the primal and paleo lifestyles. I have 5 flavors of Yogi tea in my pantry, but discovered tonight that 3 have barley in them. Luckily the organic Chair Rooibos flavor I have been drinking DOES NOT, yay!
What brands/flavors do people purchase?

I don't mess much with herbal tea. To me, tea is....tea.
Camellia Sinensis.
Leaves soaking in boiling water is about as paleo as you can get.0 -

Homemade ginger tea! Just peel and cut up some ginger into very fine pieces and stick it in hot water. Add a little lemon juice (or raw honey if you're into something sweet) it really helps during cold season!0

God knows how many teas I have. Earl Grey is my standby but I love green teas as well. My preference is ones that have caffeine.0

I love a good green tea or some Earl Grey as well. More of a coffee drinker admittedly, but I also like my tea with a touch of milk too. Full fat of course.0
