Paleo Teas

I do apologize as I bet this topic has been discussed before, but I was wondering what teas people drink on the primal and paleo lifestyles. I have 5 flavors of Yogi tea in my pantry, but discovered tonight that 3 have barley in them. Luckily the organic Chair Rooibos flavor I have been drinking DOES NOT, yay!

What brands/flavors do people purchase?

I don't mess much with herbal tea. To me, tea is....tea.

    Camellia Sinensis.

Leaves soaking in boiling water is about as paleo as you can get.

Homemade ginger tea! Just peel and cut up some ginger into very fine pieces and stick it in hot water. Add a little lemon juice (or raw honey if you're into something sweet) it really helps during cold season!

God knows how many teas I have. Earl Grey is my standby but I love green teas as well. My preference is ones that have caffeine.

I love a good green tea or some Earl Grey as well. More of a coffee drinker admittedly, but I also like my tea with a touch of milk too. Full fat of course.
