    Hilarious. Sims and chani8, looks like you really mean it today.

    I feel mean because I got an A on one exam and a B on the other by 2 points -- I missed an answer that wasn't in the book and wasn't common sense. I wrote to the professor to ask for a review and credit. Let's see how mean he is back to me.

    good luck, if you make this a habit you should see a difference...
    Twists are taking your 2 hands and holding them up like you are grabbing door knockers.
    Then you twist your hands down towards your knees one at a time using your legs also.
    Use to do them in the 80s so I still do them.

    Sims, chani8 and panda, good going! Sims, I'm a member since April 2013....!!!! I have to get a friend to take some new photos of my little muscular twig arms. Hey, I can pick up a 65 pound collie now and carry her over an icy sidewalk and couldn't do that a few months ago. Yeah, Panda, let's see those pants, LOL.

    Good news from the professor.... he'll give me credit for the question I called him on so I get my A. It pays to ask.

    Hi Shannon. I found this short video about triceps dips very helpful. It shows how to make them easier or harder depending on how far you place your legs out from the chair. I'm determined to keep at them because I believe they are helping my arms.
