I am new to this site .I haven't joined anything like this and I hope this helps. I had a surgery that didn't heal properly so I am left on meds and home now. Yes i'm in a rut and need to do something or i'm going to go crazy .I have gained so much weight in these 2 years and I am very limited on what I can and can't do .I need support to lose weight and get back into my own self .I'm not looking to be a skinny minny but I do want to be happy and right now i'm not
