Week 6 - The Halfway point!

So here you are at the beginning of week #6 of the Team Springs Biggest Loser Challenge! The Halfway Marker! Hurray for you! I hope that you’re recording all of this extraordinary activity of yours these past 6 weeks. I think you’ll find it fascinating weeks and months from now to look back at this 12 week journey, whether you began to lose weight, or to restart your own health and fitness plan, or whether it was to compete against your friends and colleagues because it's always fun to try and win! My hope is you’ll have a greater insight into the kinds of eating habits and exercising habits that you like and work well for you and also what doesn’t. Make no mistake – your personal health is a journey and this 12 week biggest loser challenge is just a merely a part of that journey, an important one and one that you can use to help establish a set of healthy eating and exercise habits.
