According to some research I had done last year we should be drinking 1/2 our body weight in oz of water. So if you weigh 150 lbs you should be drinking 75 oz of water a day. The one thing every weight loss program has in common is water intake so I ask - Are you drinking enough water? Check in weekly and let us know.
