I did level 2 day 4 yesterday will be Doing level 2 day 5 today will be on here later after I implore it I also did rip in 30 yesterday level 1 might start it and just double in workouts unsure of that take it day by day

    I had no energy today???? i did level 2 day 2 and i almost quit! For some reason i had the hardest time completing the workout. I hope it doesn't happen tomorrow????
