I only went down by .2 since last week but I've been strength training and hope its either muscle gain or water retention. I will keep working at it. I am seeing my clothes fit a little looser so I'm encouraged.

I am doing GREAT! and still feeling motivated! Gained 1.4 lbs however muscle weighs more than fat so I am still going strong0

I am doing good. The challenges have really been keeping me accountable.
You ladies are right on muscle weighing more than fat - the scale can be evil sometimes, you have the right positive attitude to look at all the varibles. If your clothes are feeling looser that is a Win.0 -
