Changing weigh in days to Thursdays!!
Anyone opposed to changing our weigh in day to Thursday? I strength train on the weekends and it usually takes a few days for my weight to level out. I don't want to change it if you guys would rather keep it where it is though. Let me know!
Weigh Ins 2/11/14 Thoughts
I only went down by .2 since last week but I've been strength training and hope its either muscle gain or water retention. I will keep working at it. I am seeing my clothes fit a little looser so I'm encouraged. How are you all doing/feeling?

Weigh Ins 2/4/14 Thoughts?
I'm happy with my weight loss overall but I am up from last week. I believe it's just water retention from all the strength training and running that I did this weekend. I'll check again in a couple of days. 1/21 163 lbs 1/28 159 lbs 2/4 159.8 lbs
