Anyone BF a toddler?

Hey all. My son is almost 14 months and still BF pretty regularly. I can't seem to lose weight while BF, I've actually gained. I have a feeling I will lose it when he is done, but that doesn't seem to be any time soon. Anyone know how many extra calories you really need if your BF baby is over 1?

    I would say how many times his he nursing?? Depends. Before when younger you need the 500-600 cause they nurse a lot. Your milk is pretty established so I'd say 300 or so. I was eating 1800 calories and now I backed down to 1500 and the weight is slowly coming off. My dd is 16months and only nurses a handful of times during the day. Also has af made her appearance? I seemed to have made some weightloss head way since she showed up.
