Need to Get Back to It

I fell off the Atkins wagon sometime last year. I started to add back fruit and whole grains but I think it got the best of me. I'm going to be going grocery shopping soon and just purchased the Atkins Journal so it will be on my kitchen counter for me to see. I love having a paper journal and find it motivates me much more. I work from home, on the PC all day so trying to get time to enter foods (even on a iPhone app) isn't as quick as it is the paper journal. I'll take the time to enter the foods in the eve during my down time. I am hoping this helps get back on track!

Me too! I find that when I start to add things back in is where I get off track! I need to get back on track like right now! :glasses:0
