New here!

Hi all! I am on about day 5 of doing Phase 1. I've already dropped 4 lbs and that has given me a lot of motivation! I've tried other types of diets. I did just plain exercise (burned 500 cal a day) and watched every little thing I ate and my weight was refusing to budge after 4 weeks. I decided sugars and carbs were probably holding me back and it seems like I was right!

I'm happy I've found this group! I feel constant hunger pains but I actually see it as a good thing - it means I'm ready for my next meal! Before, I never felt hungry, I could go all day without eating! It makes me feel good to know I am eating right and not starving and the weight is still moving.

  • Good for you! I started Day 1 today and it seems very doable. Ordered a couple of Agatson's cookbooks for inspiration too! :blushing:
