Threw my hip out last night and oh my god the pain.
Haven't left the fetal position
Can't do any exercise
So frustrating and scary
Please keep me in for next month I really want to finish this challenge! I think it's amazing!!

Tomorrow is Valentine's Day and our anniversary. I recommend angel-food cake. If you're careful it doesn't have to be high-calorie, and it doesn't have much fat, if it even has any. Fortunately-- also my husband's favorite!0 -
