I've never personally done TRX, but on sunshine's recommendation, I googled and youtubed it and found some workouts to try.

The TRX equipment costs around $150-200 for the full system, but considering what a gym membership or good athletic shoes cost, this is a worthwhile investment in your health.

JUST MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS because you do these exercises while suspended, sometimes a few feet, over the floor, i.e., don't blame me if you fall on your noggins, okay? :tongue:
