Ever done quiet cardio? You probably have. It's also known as low-impact cardio. The best for weight loss is high-intensity, low-impact cardio.

This is good, old traditional "exercise" but it's often done more slowly, with NO jumping or bouncing, and sometimes down on the floor, on a mat preferably.
