Pumpkin Pancakes

1/3 c oats

1/3 c canned pumpkin

4 egg whites

1/2 tbsp ground flax

Cinnamon ( or pumpkin pie spice)

1 tbsp Agave Syrup

Heat griddle on high then reduce heat to med. Spray pan with Pam. Mix all ingredients and drop onto griddle. Turn when set.



Makes about 5 - 4” pancakes (cals 210, protein, 20g, carbs 23g, fat 3g)
