I began the Couch25k in 2012 and completed to week 6 then decided to just free run. I never really pushed myself and would run /walk , run /walk . I did two 5k's in 2013 but still can not run the race in full without stopping to walk SOOOO... I'm back and completing the program . I am running the color run 5k April 26th with my daughter and May 4th a local 5k for charity with my husband and I WILL run the races straight to the end , no walking ! After completing my 5k's I will immediately begin training for a 10k in which I already registered for Sept 27 this year. no more comfort zone, time to push myself :) Today I will complete week 2 day 2 .... anyone at the same point ? Please feel free to add me, I could use the motivation

    You probably just need to work on slowing down and pacing yourself.
