What workouts work best for you?

I'm a former gymnast, but not a coach. I'd still love to join though! There's no other groups with an emphasis on gymnasts. I want people who can relate to my permanent thunder thighs! hah. I left competitive gymnastics about 6 years ago. I noticed no change at first but through high school I kept eating whatever the heck I wanted.

It's been hard for me in college to find workouts that I can stick with (without becoming incredibly BORED) . I'm STILL stuck on working out in a gymnastics setting.. What have you all discovered?
