Hi all - does this group still have any active members? I'm a female coach who is coaching boys gymnastics. I've taught for over 30 years both gymnastics and martial arts. What workouts work best for you?
I'm a former gymnast, but not a coach. I'd still love to join though! There's no other groups with an emphasis on gymnasts. I want people who can relate to my permanent thunder thighs! hah.
