Difficult Days

We all have days that are more difficult than others. What do you do to get through these times? I usually do much better when I work out. I usually take 1 day a week off, but if I'm having a bad day, the work out helps me.

So, what do you do?

I just allow myself to cry and then after the tears I do feel a little bit better. I just take it day by day. I am sure I will feel this way for the rest of my life

I feel better after crying too. I tell myself its okay to be sad but that I can't let the sadness consume me. I can never bring her back but I can control how I move forward being unhealthy doesn't help anyone. My daughter deserves a healthy and happy mommy.

Working out helps me too. Although last week I cried almost every time I was on the treadmill, it gives me time to think. I guess its part of my healing process.

The pain that hits on those days can be so heavy. Once I settle down, I try to do a workout of some form or go for a run. I find that after a workout I am able to breathe again.
