I am almost done with Stage 1, so I have been peeking ahead to Stage 2. Since I work out at home, I have had to be creative in order to recreate the gym based moves. I have been looking around my house and asking hubby to try to think up something I could use for the wide-grip deadlift from box. I had no box that was strong enough or the right height. Today, while I was shopping the clearance section at Walmart , I spotted a boxed set of Gold's Gym adjustable dumbbells that were exactly the height I needed. I got it for $14.50 (almost half the price of just one 20lb. dumbbell). Now I can do the lift plus adjust my dumbbells in smaller increments than 5 lbs. Triple win! Woot!
