    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yes. 30 minutes of strenght training with free weights at home, before leaving for work + 32 minutes spinning class at lunch time. I did not feel like going but I went and I felt soo good after.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. right under 1,200 calories.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Didn't make it to the gym this morning so did a half hour of stretches, situps, planks and burpees at home.

    Don't be so disparaging about yourself. You might still be out of shape, but you fulfilled the UAC conditions today and every day so far in February. Also, I have a feeling that even super-fit exercisers overdo it sometimes.

    I can remember when I first started Zumba, I would leave the class with the reddest face and sweating like cray. I was soooo scared I went home and googled my systems. I found out that it was a good thing and made me feel so much better!! YOU CAXN DO THIS!! :drinker:
