For this challenge:
On Monday: For mental health, write down 1 thing that you dislike about your physical appearance that you have no control over. Make sure to write "I have no control over this". For physical health, set a time work-out goal that you haven't completed yet (i.e. "I haven't walked for more than 30 minutes at x pace, so I will do 32 minutes at that pace")
On Tuesday: Using the same sheet, write down 1 thing you like about your physical appearance that is natural about you. Make sure to write "I was born with this naturally" or something similar. For physical health, set an intensity work-out goal that you haven't completed yet (i.e. "I haven't walked for 30 minutes at x + .1 pace, so I will do 30 minutes at x+ .1 pace")
On Wednesday: Read both statements aloud. Now, scribble over the one that makes you feel worse, scribble as hard as you want until you can't see it anymore. What's left on the page is what really matters (this week, it's natural physical beauty) and what's hidden is something that you were able to get past (even if it's just by hiding it with pen marks!) in the moment. Write about how you plan to get past it day-to-day and how you think that will make you feel. For physical health, combine the two goals you made for the past two days (i.e. "I will walk for 32 minutes at my increased pace")
