Newbie to the Group and would love some tips. I work in a cube farm but I would really like to get some workouts in during the day. Any tips for someone who can't close an office door and doesn't want to tip over the flimsy walls?

A lot of us go in conference rooms or I go to a handicapped bathroom.
In the cube you can do squats, knee ups twists? Hollis, Chandi and Panda might have some ideas.0 -

Hi BadW0lf and welcome. I go into a stairwell to do some push ups and planks plus do them in my office when nobody else is around.
This depends on the people where you work, but if they are sympathetic you could stop for 5 minutes several times a day for squats, biceps curls, triceps dips or some push ups. Some of your co-workers might join in.0
