    ^LIKE!!!

    TGIF peeps!

Marla, glad to hear you got some answers and can get back to it. :)

Well, between t.o.m. blah's and some rain, what should've been a run day turned into a rest day. I'm hoping I can make it up this weekend, but I think there might be more rain. boo! Anyway, I'm pretty sore from yesterday's workout, so I feel alright taking a Friday off. My son didn't even go to his lessons either and we're having family movie night (Despicable Me 2), so it's pretty nice.

Hope everyone else has a very nice Friday too!

    Enjoy your rest day, Sherry!

I went running today, just my usual course, I make it just a bit longer each time I run, so went 4.5 miles today. The good part was that it was 55F outside. The bad part was that it was raining. Fells and I went out and enjoyed the break from the cold cold temps. It really was good to get outside for a bit!

While I worked half a day, I didn't do my stair exercises that I did Tuesday through Thursday, just went up and down them when I needed to change floors.

Hope everyone else had a nice Friday, too.

Marla I'm so glad you went to the doctor, and that it was good news!

Sherry I think you're due for a rest day anyway, aren't you? Family movie night sounds really nice.

We got out of work at 3:00 yesterday because of the storm. I texted Jason to say I'd be back in town earlier than planned & he said to come in at 4:30 if I could (was originally supposed to go at 6:00). He ended up cancelling all the appointments after that so I'm glad I was able to get in early with him. The gym office had closed at 3:00 and they cancelled all the group classes last night & this morning. The roads in town weren't too bad when I got to the gym but they were significantly worse afterward. Didn't make it up one hill by my house so had to back halfway down into a cross street & go the other way around. Lots of slipping & sliding that way too, but I made it. We got 13.5" of snow but because of high winds there are huge drifts. My driveway isn't plowed out yet, but my boss emailed everyone this morning to say we could work from home so I don't need to go anywhere anyway. Did some shoveling before starting work & on my lunch break and will head out after work to finish up.

Today is usually my rest day. Since I took Tuesday off to get a massage Jason had told me I could get some kind of workout in today. I've already spent over an hour shoveling, so I'm considering that my workout!
