Hi All.

I am saying I am sorry up front.
I am not going to make it to our team workout tonight.
I've heard roads are bad.

I'll be leaving work and heading out to the comfort and safety of home.
Rest assured, I'll put in my time tonight on the dreadmill... yes, that's right... the dreadmill. (I hate that thing!)

    I hope the team workout went well. Again, I am sorry for missing... I feel awful.
    I am just soooo over this snow. I am tired of warming up and cleaning off my car. I am tired of snow plows, I am tired of slipping and dumb drivers.

    Here was my home workout workout for today. My daughter helped call everything out for me. I know it was not as tough as Nikki and Gina's workout... but I pushed. My HR averaged 136 throughout and topped at 162.

    5m Warm Up

    45 second high, 15 second transition between each:
    Run 6 mph
    Medicine Ball Slams (10 lb ball)
    Run
    Plank
    Run
    Medicine Ball Twist
    Run
    Push Ups (girlie knee pushups)
    Run
    Wall Squats
    Run
    Kettle Ball Swings (15 lb)
    Medicine Ball Overhead Tri-Toss
    Run
    Superman Lifts
    Run
    Lunges
    Run
    Plank with Weight Arm Lifts (10 lb dumbbells)
    Run
    REPEAT

    5 m Cool Down

    TOTAL 50 min
