Been abit quiet...whats going on?

So, Valentines weekend is over and headed back to the gym today.

Started a new programme which I have adapted from Women's health Look Better Naked book which I found in WHSmith and all I can say is O-M-G I hurt!
Only did simple Squat Jumps (as many as possible in 30seconds) followed by Static Lunges, Plank to Push-ups and Skipping( I did sprinting as the skipping rope has disappeared in the gym) everything was as many as possible in 30seconds followed by 30seconds rest for 6 sets! :noway:
My knee gave in half way through :( so kept with press-ups, flutter kicks, some floor work etc.

What is everyone else upto?

I am walking Wednesday with my BF/MoH and then back to the gym for 2 days of weights and more Metabolic hurtness.
