Week #1: A HUGE Difference

I can't believe the difference already! I'm totally surprised! I did Cardio Power and Resistance and on one of the circuits, I managed to complete the Level 3 exercises without falling over or collapsing on the floor trying to get breath! The power jumps and moving push-ups are the hardest for me and I still can't do them but my power jumps have improved immensely.

Also, I've lost 4lbs at the moment. However, I'm going for fat loss now and not weight loss so it might not really make a difference. I'm a lot stronger too. Not used to this!

I'm really happy at the minute and I'm very much looking forward to doing the Fit Test next week. Hopefully, I'll kick Tanya's *kitten*!
