Weightlifting help on keto

Good morning! I'm 3 weeks into keto and interested in lifting. I've always stuck to cardio for exercise, so this is something that I have never done before. I have NO idea where to start and what to do. My husband lifts from our home so we have a weight bench/bar and a few hand-weights here. Can someone help me understand a good beginners routine to follow for a female on keto? Also, I don't have a whole lot to lose (only about 10 pounds). Thank you for any help!

Also, I thought I would add that I am thin but my body fat percentage seems to be pretty high (skinny-fat). My goal is to get LEAN! I assume I am doing the right thing by wanting to start lifting, but please correct me if you feel I am wrong..0

Start lighter and work your way up and remember to warm up first there is a video on youtube of him showing how to do it.
