I fell off over the weekend and need encouragement to get back up and running

    It sucks when you fall off and get discouraged! It has been one of the hardest things for me, changing my ‘self talk’ after I have a cheat day/weekend. Instead of telling myself "well, you messed up, you suck" and continuing to binge, I am trying to say "well, that was fun now get your *kitten* back on the wagon". A momentary lapse does not have to negate all the hard work done to that point. Using MFP is so helpful to me, finding peeps with the same struggles and logging my weight and food so that it is always in the forefront of my brain.

    Keep going! You are wonderful and worth it!

    Don't beat yourself up! We all have bad days, but that because we are human. Just keep looking ahead and focus on your goal to dropping those extra lbs. We're all hear to support you and remember your not alone. :)
