Insanity on XBOX ONE / Fitness

Are any of you doing Insanity on your XBOX One w/ Kinect? The month one videos are in XBOX Fitness for free (all but the recovery day disc) – I have the official Beach Body Insanity DVD set but doing the video on the console is great. It tracks your form, encourages you, knows when you aren’t really going that high with your “high knees” or not going low enough in your squats / power jacks – you earn points, don’t “cheat” since you are being tracked and also know how well you are doing compared to others in your gender and age range in the community. The Kinect also has a heart rate monitor and tracks your calories / pulse – it’s pretty accurate, I wear a New Balance N4 HRM and the Kinect is usually in the same range.

They also have Mossa, P90x, 10 minute trainer and a bunch of other fitness videos in there.

Hiya! I have the DVDs, and I have and XBox Kinect. This weekend I'll research how to do Insanity on Kinect! Sounds like fun!! And my son (17) will probably LOVE it!!!

Its great, I did my video this morning with it - something about earning points or getting 5 stars for the way I completed an exercise gets me pumped up to squeeze out a few more.

Brazilian Butt Lift and a bunch of JM videos are in there too - I may do a hybrid.

<= scored almost 110k points with Insanity and got a 5 star workout. I have the DVD set but doing it on the XBOX One is awesome. You get to challenge people and know how you size up - it helps me since I'm competitive. Sucks more people aren't able to take advantage of this format.
