Hey guys, it is pretty expensive keep a good diet for long time so I thought that was nice to share some deals that we found in the supermarkets.



yesterday I bought a 250g pack of Cruskits for 3,90 on New World (queen street)

    Countdown has shredded chicken and shaved Turkey on special. The Tegal packs. I find I can eat the shredded chicken on it's own. (not sure if that is strange or not)

    Pak n Save has $5 week and the Nature Valley crunchy bars are on sale, they can be quite good for a crunchy snack. I tend to only have one of the two bars in the pack at a time though. So technically half serve.

    Also Eggplant is on special at pak n save.

    For all my veges I usually visit this place on K Road. Prices are good, vegetables last an average amount of days, and they have KALE. It's much better than some of the other 'cheap' places I've used in the past. It's hidden in a foodcourt.
