Food HELP!

So I have been tracking my intake and activity for a week now and I feel great, BUT I seem to be low on my intake levels. I always have calories remaining, and not like one or two, but like 1 or 2 HUNDRED! I'm thinking that can't be a good thing, can it? While I am sure I will see great results on my weigh in, it can't be the healthiest thing for me.

So a shout out to any one paying attention, any idea how I can batter utilize my food and get more energy, burn more fat and not have a tone remaining calories every day?
